Legal Notice and General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
This agreement applies between you, the user of this website, and Cécile Grimard, the owner of this website. No part of this website is intended to constitute a contractual offer that may be accepted. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur as soon as we send you a confirmation e-mail indicating that your order has been accepted.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) form the basis of commercial negotiations and are systematically made available to each customer to enable them to place an order.
They govern all relations between, on the one hand, SARL Cécile - registered in the register of companies and establishments, intra-community VAT: ES Y3433037W hereinafter referred to as "the seller" and, on the other hand, any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the seller's website.

2. Age
The products and services sold by Cécile are intended for a public of at least 18 years of age. As an exception, a customer may be a minor with the agreement of the seller and provided that a parent or guardian agrees to abide by these terms and conditions on his or her behalf.
3. Links to other websites
This website may contain links to other websites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of us or our affiliates. We take no responsibility for the content of these websites and accept no liability for any form of loss or damage arising from their use. The inclusion of a link to another site on this website does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those who control them.
4. Use of the communications network
When you use a system on the Website, you must do so in accordance with the following rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or closure of your account:
- You must not use obscene or vulgar language.
- You must not submit any illegal or otherwise objectionable content. This includes, but is not limited to, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist or racist content.
- You must not submit Content that is intended to promote or incite violence.
- It is advisable that submissions are made in French, as we may not be able to respond to requests submitted in other languages.
- The means by which you identify yourself must not breach these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
- You must not use our system for unauthorised mass communications such as "spam" or "junk mail".
- You acknowledge that Cecile reserves the right to monitor all communications made to us or using our system.
- You acknowledge that Cecile may retain copies of all communications made to us or using our system.
- You acknowledge that any information you send to us via our system may be modified by us in any way and you hereby waive your moral right to be identified as the author of such information.
- Any restrictions you wish to impose on our use of such information must be communicated to us in advance and we reserve the right to reject such terms and associated information.
5. Services, Prices and Availability
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of the services available from Cécile correspond to the actual services that will be provided to you, we are not responsible for variations in these descriptions as the exact nature of the services may vary according to your needs and circumstances.
This does not exclude our liability for errors due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations in the correct services, not to completely different services. Where appropriate, you may need to select the service plan required.
We do not represent or warrant that these Services will be available at all times and cannot necessarily confirm availability prior to confirming your Order. Indications of availability are not provided on the site.
6. Prices
The prices of the products and services sold are those in force on the day the order is taken. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered. Any bank charges relating to the customer's bank are payable by the customer.
7. Reductions
The seller reserves the right to apply discounts or special offers to its products and services, for the duration of its choice. The customer may not demand the application of discounts or special offers that are no longer in force at the time of ordering.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
With regard to private lessons, in the event of foreseeable absence, the customer who has booked a private lesson must notify Cécile by e-mail at cecile.grimard@yahoo.es at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson that he/she will be unable to attend. In this case, the cancelled lesson may be rescheduled or reimbursed. Otherwise, if the customer does not give notice, or gives notice less than 24 hours before the lesson, a first absence will be tolerated, and the same conditions as above will apply.
As from the second absence that has not been notified at least 24 hours before the lesson, the lesson cannot be reimbursed or postponed. In the case of group lessons, the impossibility of taking part in a lesson must be notified before payment is made. This lesson will then be deducted from the total to be paid, so that the customer only pays for the lessons in which he or she is able to take part. In the event of cancellation after the monthly fee has been paid, no refund will be made, except in cases of force majeure.
In this case, a justified request for reimbursement must be sent by e-mail to cecile.grimard@yahoo.es, and acceptance of the said request will be subject to the team's decision.
9. Customer service
The customer may contact the seller at any time for any question or information by e-mail at cecile.grimard@yahoo.es.
10. Privacy
Use of the website is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.
11. Protection of personal data
Cécile collects personal information relating to the customer only when it is necessary for the customer to register for the requested services. The customer provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he/she enters it himself/herself.The customer is systematically informed whether the information is necessary or optional. The seller undertakes never to divulge, exchange, transfer or sell any information relating to the customer to any third party whatsoever.
12. Disclaimer of liability
We do not warrant or represent that the website will meet your requirements, will be of satisfactory quality, will be fit for a particular purpose, will not infringe the rights of third parties, will be compatible with all systems, will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our service or services. No part of this website is intended to constitute advice and the contents of this website should not be relied upon for any decision or action of any kind.
Nothing on this Website is intended to constitute an offer to enter into any contract which may be accepted. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website is secure and free from errors, viruses and other malicious software, you are strongly advised to take responsibility for your own Internet security and that of your personal data and computers.
13. Rights of third parties
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions confers any rights on any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and Cecile.
